63432 - Chattanooga West Airfield Development Hangars 9 & 10

Bid Information:

Sealed bids for the construction of West Airfield Development Hangars 9 & 10 will be received by the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport Authority at the office of the Engineer located at 5746 Marlin Rd., Suite 102, Chattanooga, TN 37411 on July 16, 2024, until 2:00 p.m. local time, and immediately thereafter will be opened and publicly read.

Any proposal received after closing time will be returned unopened.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held June 25, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at 5746 Marlin Road, Suite 102, Chattanooga, TN 37411. A tour of the project site will be available following the meeting.

Project Information:

The project consists of constructing a new 52,700 sf hangar facility which includes approximately 8,100 sf of office area and 44,600 sf of hangar space. The project includes all associated site work which includes site utilities, grading, landscaping, asphalt parking, and concrete paving for the air side access.
