Sealed bids for the Reconstruction and Expansion of the Montgomery County Shooting Complex will be received by Joey Woodward – Executive Director until 2:00 PM local time on THURSDAY, JULY 18, 2024, and will be opened and privately read.

No pre-bid conference will be held. All prospective bidders who have obtained drawings and specifications from Allen & Hoshall will be notified of time and date. The last day to issue addenda will be Monday, July 15, 2024.

Scope of Work:

The project scope consists of: Renovations to the existing 4,905 SF Pro Shop. These renovations include demolition and installation of a new main partition, expansion of the Pro Shop area and a new transaction counter. The renovations also include energy upgrades to the facility by installing spray foam insulation in the existing CMU cavities. Exterior work around the Pro Shop to improve drainage. Finally, a new asphalt shingled roof with ice and water shield along with the addition of a 6” x 6” gutters and (6), 6” x 5” downspouts. The gutter and downspout material is to be Kynar coated and color to be selected from the manufacturer’s standard finishes.
