Sealed proposals for the construction of WWTP 13kV 3 Phase Upgrade will be received by Brownsville Energy Authority at Allen & Hoshall’s office in Memphis, TN until 2:00 PM local time on February 14, 2025. Submit hard copies in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside as “Bid for WWTP 13kV 3 Phase Upgrade Construction Labor; Attn: Bobby Davidson.”

Sealed Proposals and E-Mail Proposals are acceptable.
