Sealed proposals for the Brownsville Energy Authority Maintenance Improvements will be received by Brownsville Energy Authority at 25 N Lafayette, Ave, Brownsville, TN 38012 until 1:00 PM local time on March 12, 2025. Submit hard copies in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside as “Bid for Brownsville Energy Authority Maintenance Improvements.”

CHANGE: Email submittals will not be accepted. Sealed envelope only by 1:00 pm Wednesday March 12, 2025 to location specified. A second site visit has been scheduled for Thursday March 6, 2025 at 10:00 am at the project site.
Please come to first level Board Room. Please ensure all General Contractors and Sub- Contractors are available for the visit. No additional visits will be allowed to the site prior to bid date and time.
A prebid will be held on the project site location on February 26th at 10:00 am.
