“Work" of this Contract is defined in the Contract Documents consists of limited Interior and Exterior Alterations to the existing Franklin County Airport Terminal. Alterations are to include reconfiguration of the existing toilet in order to make it Accessible, update of all interior finishes, update of exterior wall finishes, and electrical and mechanical upgrades., and other related work as shown on the drawings and/or in the specifications.

The Project includes the following Work: 8-inch HDPE raw water line and related items.

Town of Montrose, Mississippi

The work generally consists of asphalt paving and related items.

The project consists of the reconstruction of existing asphalt surfaced aircraft ramp and vehicle parking lot. The proposed construction includes 22,600 square yards of concrete apron and 5,700 square yards of asphalt paving. The scope encompasses all sitework, erosion control, pavement removal, drainage installation, pavement installation, edge lighting, pavement markings, turfing and other related work as shown on the drawings and/or in the specifications.

This project includes the construction of a new Snow Removal Equipment and Maintenance Complex for the Chattanooga Municipal Airport Authority. The new 10,275 square feet facility features interior storage and repair bays, accessory storage rooms, offices, breakroom, and restrooms. There is an interior mezzanine level for storage and some support spaces. Adjacent to the interior spaces is a large, covered outdoor area for the storage of vehicles and equipment and a covered vehicle wash bay. This pre-engineered metal building will be equipped with large, insulated rolling doors, skylights, overhead hoist crane, sloped heavy duty slabs and an oil change / repair pit. Included are all support systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, generator, and fire protection equipment. Exterior features include a wraparound drive aisle, nine standard parking stalls for staff and guests, heavy duty concrete drive aisles and some asphalt paving, and other related work as shown on the drawings and/or in the specifications.

owner intends to repave the existing bus lane at Lewisburg Primary School.

The project consists of replacing mechanical equipment for approximately 40 classrooms, the library, teachers lounge, and assorted administration offices. Work will also include all associated plumbing and electrical work.

The work to be done consists generally of: Renovating the existing main office which includes new flooring finishes, painting, ceiling replacement, furnishings, window replacement, and roof repair.

The project consists of constructing a new 43,200 SF two story classroom addition attached to the existing school building. The new facility will contain classrooms, labs, and administration space and will include all associated site work which includes grading, paving, drainage, utilities, and other related work as shown on the drawings and/or described in the specifications. The addition will also contain a storm shelter.
